For this, pre-departure orientation training must be taken. - When going for foreign employment, one copy of all the necessary documents should be kept with oneself and one's family. - In case of fraud during foreign employment, a complaint should be lodged with the Department of Foreign Employment. - Any information related to foreign employment can be understood by contacting the address of the Department of Foreign Employment and the Secretariat of the Foreign Employment Promotion Board. - It should be understood whether the information / advertisement of foreign employment published by mass media is correct or not. They can cheat by raising money by making false advertisements. - You should not go to work and in the country prohibited by the government.

Duties of industry and establishment: 1. Every A.W. At the beginning of the worker's attendance book must be certified by the office. 2. Every A.W. At the end of the year, the audit report of the concerned FY should be submitted to the office. 3. According to the audit report, 10 percent of the profit will be set aside for bonus purposes if the industry is seen as profitable.4. To implement the provision related to the minimum wage published by the Government of Nepal in the Gazette on August 12, 2010. 10. Other duties and rights as specified in the Labor Act and Rules.
